Location of the hotel to the city centre was great; I was pleased we were not too close to the main street which tended to be noisy in the evening and particularly at weekends, however it was ideally sited to enable you to easily walk into town. I had a wonderful facial and deep tissue massage in the Spa courtesy of Isabella. She was friendly and extremely skilled. I left feeling completely pampered. Thank you Isabella. Our flight was on time but due to a backlog in passport control and very few passport officials, it was some time before we actually left the airport. Thankfully our driver Jacob (arranged by the hotel) was still waiting for us. Very much appreciated.

Elegance with a welcoming vibe . The pool and relaxing area for all guests was a special experience swimming in a cave! Dinner was spectacular. Loved the rooftop patio and views of the castle close enough to touch. You are perfectly located with the river on one side infront of castle next to you ( go on a cruise or drink on the barge) and the square minutes walk. Tons of other quaint restaurants right by the hotel. Front staff was efficient welcoming and helpful and the rooms were steeped in history but with modern amenities just as we expect and are thankful from a Chateau and Relais property.

Location was stunning, in the old town next to the castle, but on a quiet historic street, which meant I heard none of the louder tourists' late-night cacophanies (this was more of a problem where I stayed off the main square). The spa was really special with candles and, for the most part, total tranquility. Isabel who welcomed me to the spa and did my massage was so friendly and charming. The design of the hotel is so unique and even my most basic single room was beautifully appointed. The bed linens were lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. They were very accommodating and helped us with booking tours and restaurants. The service was incredible - it’s now our favorite hotel that we’ve ever stayed in. You can’t beat the location either. It’s close to everything. We enjoyed drinks on their rooftop terrace every night with an incredible view of Wawel Castle. The hotel is clean and wonderfully decorated. And do yourself a favor and get the breakfast here! It was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was outstanding, and the location was perfect in Krakow. All of the staff could not have been more helpful and so very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Krakow. The Spa was lovely and offered a wide variety of services. I had the body exfoliation using salt from the Salt Mines and it was spectacular! Food in the hotel was delicious. And the breakfast menu superb.
